Sitting Pretty Potties of Bend (“we,” “us”) rents restroom trailers and portable toilets and provides RV pumping and trailer service in Central Oregon. This policy explains what information we collect through sittingprettypotties.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a quote, book a rental or RV pump-out, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, service or event address, dates, and details about your request. We also save how you prefer we respond, whether you asked for texts, and when. If you text us, we keep your number and messages to answer you.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and is not stored on our website. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
- Website usage. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which use cookies to show us how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and how you arrived. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, schedule and deliver service, and send quotes, confirmations, invoices, and receipts.
- To contact you about your booking or rental by your preferred method.
- To run and improve our website and services.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging
We text you only if you ask us to: by checking “Text me when my quote is ready” on our quote form, by choosing text as your preferred contact method on our RV booking form, or by texting our business number first. Texts are about your quote, booking, and service, such as your quote link, a reminder before your quote expires, scheduling, arrival updates, and answers to your questions. We do not send marketing texts. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. See our text messaging terms.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages, such as our text messaging provider, Twilio.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our payment processor, email and text messaging providers, website hosting, and analytics. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.
How long we keep information
We keep booking and payment records for as long as we need them for service, accounting, and legal purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by emailing hello@sittingprettypotties.com or calling (541) 362-4872.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
