What services do you offer?
Luxury restroom trailer rentals for events, long-term rentals for job sites and businesses, RV pumping, and restroom trailer service and water delivery.
How far do you deliver?
We deliver to Oregon events within 200 miles of Bend. Delivery, setup, and pickup are included within 20 miles of Bend. A delivery charge applies for some locations farther out.

Those city pages are not a complete list. Luxury restroom trailers travel to Oregon events within 200 miles of Bend and reach many more towns than we named. RV pumping stays on weekday routes through Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Tumalo, Terrebonne, Sunriver, La Pine, and Prineville. If your site is not listed, call us at (541) 362-4872.

How are your restrooms different than a porta potty?
Once you see them you'll understand. Our trailers include running water, heating and cooling, music, mirrors, soap, paper towels, lighting, and a fit and finish designed to feel comfortable and luxurious.
How much do they cost?
Our luxury restroom trailers start at $899. Pricing varies by peak vs off-season, midweek vs weekend, duration, location, event type, and power/water requirements. Fill out the Request a Quote form for an all-inclusive price.
What size is the trailer?
We offer 2-stall and 4-stall restroom trailers. See Our Trailers for capacity and dimensions.
How many people can the trailer handle?
Our restrooms can safely handle about 150 people + staff for 6–8 hours. Capacity varies with event length and alcohol/food. A 4-stall reduces wait times.
Do I need a water hook up?
You can use the onboard water tank or a hose hookup. We can run up to 200' of hose to a standard spigot when available.
Do I need a power hook up?
Trailers plug into a standard 20A 120V household outlet for lights, pump, and A/C. A second circuit is needed if you want heated water for the sink.
What is included in your price?
Delivery, setup, and pickup within 20 miles of Bend, plus stocked toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. 24/7 emergency support is included.
What additional fees are there?
Base rental includes delivery (up to 20 miles), setup, and pickup. Optional fees may include generator rental ($100), mid-rental pumping, cleaning & refreshing supplies, and delivery beyond 20 miles.
How far in advance do I need to secure my restroom?
During peak season (May–October) trailers often sell out weeks to months ahead. Reserve as soon as your date and location are finalized.
When is the balance of my reservation due?
A reservation is secured with a 25% deposit. The balance is due no later than 15 days prior to your event date. If you cannot locate your payment email, contact hello@sittingprettypotties.com.
How do I order?
Start with our availability / quote form. We confirm pricing and availability, send a contract, then invoice a 25% deposit. Balance is due 15 days before the event.
Can I cancel a reservation?
Full refund minus the 25% deposit for cancellations at least 15 days prior (60 days in peak season). We're more flexible off-peak and can often help reschedule.
What are the insurance requirements?
Sitting Pretty Potties covers trailers with general liability coverage at no extra fee. A deductible may apply for damage during your event.

Long-term rentals
How long can I rent a restroom trailer?
Long-term rentals run anywhere from 1 month to 2 years. Tell us your start date and expected end date, and we will plan service around your schedule.
How often is the trailer serviced?
Weekly or bi-weekly pumping is included. We can also schedule water refills, cleaning, and restocking of paper goods and soap.
What trailer sizes are available for long-term rentals?
We offer 2, 4, and 6 stall restroom trailers, with fully designed or stock interiors.
Do I need power and water at my site?
The trailers plug into a standard 20A 120V outlet. They can run from the onboard water tank or a hose hookup, and we schedule water refills as needed. If your site has no power, we can provide a generator.
On the road
RV pumping
How much does an RV pump-out cost?
A travel trailer or camper pump-out is $90. A motorhome or fifth wheel is $110, since larger tanks hold more waste. Both include black and grey tanks. Same-day and weekend service adds $50. Locations more than 20 miles from Bend have a trip fee.
Why do I only see certain dates?
We run set routes through each part of Central Oregon. When you choose your city, the calendar shows the days our truck is in your area. Need it sooner? Same-day and weekend service is available for an added fee.
What happens during an RV pump-out?
We attach our hose to your discharge valve and vacuum out your black and grey tanks, then haul the waste away.
Why does my gauge still show full after a pump-out?
If an RV has been in heavy use while parked, solids can build up beneath the toilet and stay away from the discharge valve. A full tank can also coat the sensors and cause false readings. Before we arrive, drive the RV a short distance to mix the tank, or spray water into the toilet with a garden hose to break up buildup.

Yes. We pump, fill, and service restroom trailers owned by venues, rental companies, contractors, and private owners across Central Oregon.
How often should a restroom trailer be pumped?
It depends on the number of stalls, tank size, and how many guests use it. Tell us about your trailer and how it’s used, and we’ll recommend a schedule.
Can you pump and refill water during a multi-day event?
Yes. We can pump your waste tank and top off fresh water between event days so your trailer stays ready for guests.
