Our luxury restroom trailers start at $899. We offer variable pricing based on the following factors…
- Peak-season (May-Oct) vs off-season (Nov-Apr)
- Midweek vs weekend
- One-day vs multi-day events
- Location of your venue
- Type of event
- Power and water requirements
- Size of trailer. 2-Stall, 4-Stall, 8-stall, etc.
We would be happy to provide you our all-inclusive price for your event. Simply fill out the Request a Quote form.
A reservation is secured with a 25% deposit. The balance is due 30 days prior to your event date. If you are unable to locate the email containing a link to make your balance payment you can lookup your order and pay it from our website.
We believe in straightforward pricing – no gimmicks or middlemen referral fees. Our base rental price includes delivery (up to 20 miles), setup and pickup. Additional options are as follows:
- Generator rental for when no power outlet is available(Do I need a generator?)
- Pumping (if you need it pumped mid-rental)
- Cleaning & Refreshing Supplies (mid-rental)
- Delivery greater than 20 miles
- Water transfer when no hose spigot is available
- Full time attendant
During peak times of the year (May – October) we usually sell out of our restroom trailers weeks to months in advance. To ensure that you have a restroom reserved for your event we suggest to order as far in advance as possible. We highly recommend ordering your restroom trailer as soon as you finalize your event date and location.

There are 2 options for providing water to the restroom trailer. (1) Hose hookup, (2) Onboard water tank (fee may apply).
All of our trailers have an on board water tank that can be filled on or offsite if running water cannot feasibly reach the trailer. The water tank should last your event under most conditions based on the guest and staff count. The water tank can be refilled if it runs out or the restroom is being used for longer periods. Hooking up a hose is an easier option and ensures water will not run out. We can run up to 200′ of hose to a standard hose spigot.
Our restrooms can be plugged into any standard 20a 120v household outlet to power the lights, water pump and air conditioner. A second 20a 120v outlet on a separate circuit is required if you want your water heated for the sink (typically for winter months).
Our restrooms can safely handle 150 people + staff. This rating includes all guests and staff for 6-8 hours. The person capacity will be less for longer events or if your event has large amounts of alcohol and/or food. If your event is less than 6-8 hours long our trailers can safely handle 200.
The biggest factor when considering a 2-stall versus a 4-stall is wait times. Although both trailers can handle the same amount of overall waste, having 4 stalls allows more guests to use the restrooms simultaneously, keeping lines down and guests happy.
Our price includes delivery, setup and pickup within 20 miles of Bend, Oregon. We are happy to accommodate locations further than 20 miles for a small delivery fee. Each trailer comes fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap. If you run out of supplies you can refill our dispensers with standard household single ply toilet paper, and foaming hand soap. Water tanks can be refilled with a standard hose hook up. Additionally our staff is available 24/7 for emergency services.
Unlike some other restroom trailer companies Sitting Pretty Potties covers all of our trailers with general liability coverage. There is no additional fee for this coverage. This means you do not need to take out an event insurance policy to protect yourself from liability. A deductible may apply for damage incurred to our trailers during your event.
Reservations must be started by filling out our availability form. Once you submit this form we will get back to you with our availability and pricing for your particular date and location. If all looks good we will send you a contract to review. Once approved an invoice for your 25% deposit will be emailed to you which you can pay online. The balance of your reservation is due 15 days prior to your event.
We offer a full refund minus the 25% deposit for cancellations made at least 15 days prior to your event (60 days notice required for peak season, May-Oct). No refund is available for cancellations less than 15 days prior to your event (60 days during the peak season) for any reason, including, but not limited to, cancellations due to inclement weather. We are much more flexible with our cancellation policy for rentals during our off-peak season (Nov-Apr). We are happy to work with you to reschedule your reservation if your plans change. Sometimes a change fee is charged when reservations are postponed or altered during our peak season. We will clearly communicate these fees with you if something arises.
